Exhibition stand design process
We pride ourselves on the versatility and scope of our designs. Our designers are chosen to reflect your products or services. The requirements of a new computer game company, exhibiting to the public, will be totally different to a pharmaceutical company looking to educate Doctors. We make sure we get the design right from the start.
Our design process continues to evolve as new technology and design techniques emerge.
Consultation
Our first task is to establish your requirements. A meeting would be arranged to discuss what you need from your exhibition stand, where the exhibition will be held, who the target audience is and what you are looking to achieve by exhibiting etc.
Gathering information and corporate assets
In order to achieve the correct corporate branding and to include the correct marketing/sales messages it will be necessary for you to gather all of the logos, product or service descriptions and any other useful information (prefereably in an electronic format). This is generally quite a lengthy process even in the most organised of companies and is why we suggest that this process starts early!
Line Drawings
Once we have an idea of what you are trying to achieve and the budget our exhibition stand designers will start working on a line drawing of the stand’s layout, functions and general look. On completion you will be presented a number of options for the stand design. Once a decision has been made on which design to continue with the next stage will start...
3D CAD designs
Your exhibition stand will be rendered into a 3D design. The level of realism achieved by our designers is quite outstanding, giving you a real taste for how the finished stand will look.
Flythrough
In addition to the 3D visuals designs a further step in the process can be to provide a fly through using an animated film of the exhibition stand. This is a virtual reality style rendering of how the exhibition stand will look from all angles (and even in side). You will be able to get an even better feel for the size and impact that the stand will have.
Approvals
We provide budgets and a time line for the exhibition stand utilising and including any alterations you may wish to make. This process also includes presenting designs etc to the organisers for the relevant permits together with risk assessments and method statements etc
Build the stand
The final step is to build your exhibition stand! Often elements of the exhibition stand will be erected in-house to ensure that it goes together as expected. It is thoroughly checked before being marked up for re-assembly and subsequently dismantled for shipping to the venues either in the UK or around the world.
